Welcome to MadJournalism

No, it’s nothing like Mad Money.  This site is a resource for aspiring journalists and journalism students at UW Madison.  There are a couple parts to this site that I will discuss.

First is the main page.  On this page, professional journalists, aspiring journalists, and professors can provide pointers and answer questions students might have about becoming a journalist or how a journalist does something.  Check back for updates often.

Next is the forum section.   This is where aspiring journalists can discuss everything from classes to internships.

Finally there is the wiki.  Should you happen to forget your Stylebook while working on a paper in the computer lab, this area will be your new best friend.  Check out exactly which form of capitol you should use in your paper, or any other style questions have.

Hopefully this site will make it easier as  you progress through school, and eventually find a job.  Thanks for stopping by.
